Art on the Town Artist Application

Memorial Day Weekend: Saturday, May 23 (9am-5pm) and Sunday, May 24 (10am-4pm)
Gypsy Hill Park. 600 Churchville Avenue, Staunton, VA 24401
10'x10' designated spaces. Artists are required to bring their own tents
Ability to set-up Friday evening (check-in from 4-6pm)
Vendor fee: $150 for the weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis from January through July.

IMAGE UPLOAD

File upload

You may add up to five (5) images that represent the work you plan to sell at Art on the Town. These images will help our jury committee select participants and may be used in marketing materials, so please provide the best quality image possible.

File names should include the artist name to ensure they are attributed to the correct artist. (i.e., John_Smith_Image_1.jpg)

Size limit: 5MB or smaller per file.

BUSINESS LICENSE

The City of Staunton requires that all vendors

have a valid Staunton City business license
are added to the Staunton Augusta Art Center's business license

If you wish to be added to SAAC's license for this event at no cost to you, please be prepared to provide your social security number or business Tax ID to our operations manager.

JURY FEE PAYMENT
