Each summer, the Staunton Augusta Art Center offers SUMMER STUDIO week-long art day camp sessions for kids (ages 5-12). Campers engage in hands-on projects in an art history context, develop necessary skills in the production of art, employ and expand their own creative thoughts, and deepen their understanding of and appreciation for the arts.

  • Campers will engage in hands-on projects in an art history context, develop necessary skills in the production of art, employ and expand their own creative thoughts, and deepen their understanding of and appreciation for the arts.

  • Available for campers aged 5-13

  • Each session runs for 2 hours per day (10am-Noon and 1-3pm), 5 days a week 

  • Afternoon sessions may fluctuate in theme based on student interest and/or teacher preferences.

  • $100 per weekly session (Monday through Friday)

  • Supervised lunch sessions will be available for an additional $10 per week (students are required to bring their own lunches and/or snacks).

Registration for Summer Studio is now closed for 2024. Thanks to all the students, teachers and parents for making this another great summer at the Staunton Augusta Art Center!
