Open Call for Artists:
Staunton City Hall Third Floor Gallery

Artists are invited to submit work for exhibition in the Art at City Hall program, located in the third floor hallway gallery at City Hall. This ongoing exhibition series provides artists with an opportunity to share their work in a public civic space visited regularly by city staff, officials, and members of the community.

This open call is open to all styles, subjects, and media, including painting, photography, drawing, printmaking, mixed media, and other wall-mounted work. There is no required theme, and artists are encouraged to submit work that reflects their individual voice and practice.

Artwork is rotated every two months, allowing multiple artists the opportunity to exhibit throughout the year and providing regular visibility for new work.

The City Hall gallery is an excellent opportunity for artists at the beginning of their careers, as well as those seeking to build exhibition experience and gain greater public visibility. The accessible and professional setting offers a welcoming entry point into exhibiting while contributing to the cultural life of the community.

Artists at all stages of their careers are encouraged to apply. Selected works will be exhibited as part of the rotating Art at City Hall exhibition series.

Submissions must follow City of Staunton Guidlines
