Artist/Vendor Submission Application

Art for Gifts is Staunton Augusta Art Center's annual holiday pop-up market, running in our gallery through the holiday season. We invite local artists and makers to submit their work for consideration — accepted vendors bring their items to us, and we handle the selling as a curated gift shop for the community.

 

 

Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis starting September 23, 2026, so we encourage applying early.

 

There's a $20 jury/submission fee (waived for current SAAC members). Accepted vendors receive 60% of sales, and the Art Center covers bags, wrapping, and point-of-sale supplies.

Please upload clear photos of the specific items or a representative sample of what you'll be bringing. Submissions are juried, so photo quality matters.

Section 3: Terms & Logistics

  • There is a $20 non-refundable submission/jury fee. This fee is waived for current SAAC members.


  • Booth/table space is a fixed size determined by the Art Center. Vendors are welcome to bring their own display furniture (tables, shelving, racks) to fit within their assigned space


  • Accepted vendors receive 60% of sales; 40% goes to the Art Center. The Art Center covers bags, wrapping supplies, and point-of-sale costs.


  • Drop-off and other logistical information will be provided to accepted vendors upon acceptance.



I understand that items must be dropped off during the scheduled intake window, that additional items may not be added after intake without approval, and that all submissions are subject to jury review for quality and fit.
