Imaginative landscape watercolor painting in the style of Brazilian artist Tarsila do Amaral
 
The artistic goal of Tarsila do Amaral was to create art that was uniquely Brazilian and at the same time show that Brazil was part of the modern global art world. In her paintings, she created dreamy simplified paintings of mysterious landscapes. Students will use ink and watercolor to explore imaginary landscapes.
