Watercolor Explorations
with Peg Sheridan

Wednesdays, January 11-February 15, 10am-Noon

For adult students with some watercolor experience. This class will introduce students to methods for adding texture, line, and variety to their paintings.  Methods might include pouring paint, stamping prints into watercolor and combining ink pens, watercolor pencils, crayons, acrylic, or gouache with watercolor. 

$160/$144 for members

Bring watercolor paints, palette, artist’s grade watercolor paper, watercolor brushes; other elements will be provided.

For adults and h.s. students with some drawing experience

Now that you know the basics of drawing shapes and small objects, now learn how to draw larger objects such as houses, barns, cityscapes and more by acquiring skill in foreshortening and perspective.
